So much to be thankful for

D and I just want to wish all our friends and family a very happy Thanksgiving. We are so thankful to know you and to have you in our lives. We are looking forward to spending some time with D's parents over the next couple of days.

And, we can't wait to see this little guy, my Baby Nephew, over the upcoming Christmas break! He is nearly 5 months old, which is crazy. Just yesterday, it seemed he was a fragile little newborn.


Lastly, we are most thankful for the newest addition to our family:

That's right--we are expecting our first child! The gummy bear is waving at you in the picture. It has been a rough first trimester so far, with morning sickness all the time. But, medication is helping, and D has been the best hubby ever. So, I'm especially thankful to him. And, to our dear friends who brought us homecooked meals. And, to my boss and coworkers, who have been so supportive.
